Sadly enough, there are probably some women who would find the rape conviction to be a turn on. An air of danger is attractive to some people. Look at the groupie phenomenon that springs up around serial killers.

Seeing as how the Nevada legislators never conceived of male prostitutes when they wrote the law I don’t think it ever occured to them that it might be necessary to ban sex offenders from sex work. How did Heidi get around the requirement that registered prostitutes “submit weekly cervical specimens” to health inspectors 
? And to anti-discrimination laws apply to brothels? Could they be sued for refusing to provide service to men? Only serving female clients sounds like a stupid business decision to me. And if a female client gets pregnant (condom failure) would the huslter be liable for child support?
