Anyone watching the Pirates v Nationals? The strike zone is absurd. I’m a Bucs fan, but the Nats manager has been ejected and players on both sides are arguing the inconsistent calls.

I forgot about Hernandez and Bucknor. But Winters was giving those guys a run for their money yesterday. Pitch six inches outside: strike. Pitch same location but on the outside corner: ball. A foot outside: strike. Six inches outside again: ball. Same pitch again: strike.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a manager leave the dugout to argue balls and strikes. He knows that an insta-ejection. But Davey Johnson did it anyways.
