I’ve got tons of reference books on things like ship displacement, crew compliment, weapon ranges, etc., but what none of them have, which I’m presently curious about at the moment, is what the crew of an aircraft carrier, for example, does or how an army unit’s broken down, etc., etc. How many folks are on the ship’s bridge, what they do, who’s assigned to the engine room, etc., etc., etc. Presumably there’s something out there with that kind of info. Anybody know of one?
I came across United States Naval Reserve Intelligence Program recently. It has lots of information about shipboard life.
Thanks! That seems to have exactly what I’m looking for as far as the Navy goes.
