Mind awake - but body still sleeps -SLEEP PARALYSIS

Hey … I never believed in incubus/secubus stuff… but never new about SLEEP PARALYSIS.

Man, I have been suffereing from this for years - My father also does.

How common is it really ? - Common enough to have a name.

I get “locked in” as i have always called it every few months - Is there diet changes i can make any tips … sorry to post here but i can not find any help pages on net

I think its called Narcossis Asylum (because you feel locked in)

Don’t i don’t wanna be rude but… sod off.

sod off?

Would any of these Google hits help you at all, trader_of_shots?

Sod off is a term that means “To horribly mutilate a friend’s cat, eat it’s vital organs and expel it out on your next door neighbours front lawn”.

You’re welcome.

hm…queerish…my dictionary says something else…is this “slang” or an actual syntax?

Ice Wolf - yes i have - thanx for the heads up.

I can find no information on what foods may trigger these attacks.

As for “how common” no one (that i can see) has hit this on the head.

Well, I got my defintion from websters…
Strange indeed…

Talk About Sleep is about the only other thing I can come up with tonight, trader_of_shots, about your problem. Hopefully this thread hangs around long enough for some of the medical practitioners to be online.

Oh, and SmileyDeath? Quit teasing fauxpas, okay?

But it’s the straight dope about the word!

Honest!

Okay SmileyDeath, cite?

Yeah, cite, mate.

Or should we just say, scram and begone?

“Scram” and “be gone” are the real meanings and/or synonyms of “sod off”, fauxpas, BTW. sigh

oh…why is he mad…am I not of any help?

SmileyDeath I ask for a citation, and the best you can do is “rolleyes”?

Apparently, trader_of_shots didn’t think so, fauxpas. Just leave it alone and move on, I’d advise.

Who?

Sod off … could be taken lots of ways

sod = git, fool, annoying person

off = no on, not active

  • I was gonna say Fword off - but thats naughty
