Good news: trip is postponed to next week.
Bad news: I’m in charge of coordinating our monthly lunch on Friday for 75 people.
But I may be able to stop by for a short while; it will depend on how the planning goes. I have a friend who might be willing to help out. Will keep you posted.

No. It’s just fortunate that a lot of things in my line of work are planned in a haphazard fashion. Stuff gets cancelled/rescheduled all the time.
I didn’t nudge the cancellation but had been thinking it would happen. We’re really strapped for conference room space lately.
I feel the need to reply for reasons that: I live in St Paul and this gathering sounds like fun, BUT, I’m still fairly new to this board- well, posting anyway, and I’m not too familiar with everyone here so I think I’d feel a bit goofy since I’m not as active as the rest of you.
Maybe in a couple of months or two I’ll feel more comfortable with you all to join in, so, keep me in mind for the next one!

At this time, it depends on the weather. DT is going to be nuts because of the b-ball tourney, adding crappy weather to the already “ickyness” of DT does not set my little heart aflutter.
