I am having some construction done on the new house, enclosing a two-sided patio breezeway to make a 300 Sq. Ft. Sunroom. Anyway, one of my neighbors wandered over beer in hand to say hello and see what the noise was about…I knew the guy already by name from when my grandparents lived there…
So we get to talking about hobbys and he mentions there is a pool table in his garage and invites me over for a few games. Pool is one of my passions in life…I play as often as I can!
So we get over there…and I know he has a 20 yr. old daughter who is a Physical Therapy major and really cute that I’ve met. So I hint about her to find out where she is…and all that good stuff 
He says she is still off at college but she’ll be back for the Summer in about 3 weeks. He goes on to mention that he has 2 nieces currently living with him that are attending college here in the area and will be staying for the Summer also. He said ones is 22 and the other’s 23 and leaves it at that…
Well we play for awhile and then pull chairs and a few beers up to the poker table and after a few minutes of playing the two nieces drive up from a party they were at…OH MY GOD!!!
I don’t get speechless very often…I’m usually pretty charming and unimpressed according to most of my female friends…usually, that is!
These girls walked in and I couldn’t even speak…Lee, the neighbor introduces me to Ashley, the 22yr old who is a part time Foley’s model…and to Rachel, the 23yr. old who is in the Final cut for next years Dallas Cowboy’s cheerleading team
I finally found my voice, said the neccesary niceties, they went in the house and I proceeded to stare at Lee with this why didn’t you warn me look on my face! I said uhhh…beautiful girls there…and he’s like, yeah…you noticed? I say, I was trying not too! Then he says well hey you know they’ll be here for another year or so and you’re welcome to come over anytime…if you want to swim, you know we have the jacuzzi too and I’ll give you a key to the garage here so you can use the table when you want…
I’m totally stoked now…Man…this Summer, no computer, no inside crap.
I’m going to be mowing the lawn, painting the house, washing the cars, trimming the hedges, working out in the second garage with the door open, and doing anything and everything possible to get over to that house every time I can!!!
Man…I have this crazy feeling I am going to have one hell of a Summer!!!
