Today, I saw this thread on the main page, and recoiled at the thought of a SDMB staff report on shooting blacks. That’s how I first read it, until I clicked on the link. Fortunately, it was about shooting blanks.
A bit later, I thought the Pope died, but it was actually British DJ John Peel, not John Paul.
Have you misread or misinterpreted any thread titles recently?
