Checked out one of my old threads the other day looking for something, and I noticed a few posters who I used to regularly enjoy, that I never seem to see anymore.

Knowing some of you are more in touch with the Teeming Millions than am I up here at Ice Station Zebra, I thought this could be a forum for people to see if anyone knows what’s going on with certain erstwhile posters who have left the boards or scaled back their activities dramatically over the past several months.

Just to throw out a couple I’m curious about

orangecakes, who seems to have departed.

kellibelli, who I haven’t seen around

sunbear, who I haven’t seen around.

Some others, like Strainger I know from checking the search engine are still out there. We just don’t seem to cross paths in the same threads anymore. (Is it my breath, Ed?)

Feel free to solve the mysteries if you can, or post queries about other MIA posters.

Kellibelli is posting over at Opals, she left here after E.Zotti pissed her off with a questionable remark about her.

I think Orangecakes is now Peaches8.

Haven’t seen Sunbear for a while either.

Didn’t ‘Sunbear’ change their name to something else? I thought I remembered reading that somewhere.

Maybe instead of a milk carton, we could make up posters and attach them illegally to all the telephone poles all over the US and Canada:

kellibelli left in a huff over that last round of Ed bashing, pin blame wherever you see fit, just keep it to yourself, I’m sick of hearing about it all. FFF is a fine place to continue that discussion.

I can’t recall sunbear’s fate, but it seems it was notable, either for a name change, or he left during one of the political whitewashes.

But, on the bright side, Imthecowgodmoo has triumphantly returned.

And I think Peaches8 became just plain Peaches and is now yet another name (although I can’t remember it).

Smeggy changed her name after getting some rather hateful email about it. She became Miss Anne Thrope. I haven’t seen her in ages either. Her last post was over a month ago.

peaches was another (newer) poster who changed her name to kiffa to avoid confusion.

TennHippie came back as TN*Hippie or something like that but it appears that it was a relatively short return. Or else, we just don’t ever post to the same threads.

I miss Dr. Watson, who lost his board connection when they updated, he claims he’ll come back one day after he gets his new computers set up.

PCW left, but she posted this week so maybe she has returned.

Navigator hasn’t posted in a while, guess he decided to stick with LBMB.

Auraseer hasn’t been around recently, although he is at Opal’s.
Have I just not seen Libertarian, or is he taking an extended break?
And Wally hasn’t posted for about 10 minutes. I am beginning to worry.
