If it’s the one with the grey sedan that ends with the revelation of a toddler waving to passersby from the window, the song is “Do You Realize” by the Flaming Lips.
There’s a automobile commercial with Modest Mouse - “Gravity Rides Everything” in the background. I think it was a Mitsubishi commercial, but I’m not positive.
