Wait, misspelling “Dibble” as “Dribble” got someone a warning? Clearly I’m missing something here.

Only to the extent that it wasn’t a compliment. But whatever - the continuing slide to encompass every 2nd grade schoolyard insult into warnable offenses is tiresome, pointless and embarrassing to everyone involved. If the regulars and moderators in GD really think an “insult” at that level of mundanity simply cannot be overcome and degrades the integrity of the forum, so be it. A dismissive eyeroll is all I would feel it deserves, but I guess some people just really love defending molehills.

I don’t think there’s ever been a time on this board where you were allowed to insult people so long as the insults was sufficiently lame.

I disagree, but I honestly don’t care at this point. Feel free to rewrite this board’s history as you see fit.
