Palikia, I’m glad you’re feeling better. It’s too bad your lovely day out turned into a nightmare. But it’s a good excuse to eat lots of ice cream. And milkshakes. Yum!
Darth, please don’t be too hard on yourself. I would have done the same thing in that situation. Sometimes I forget to put my car in gear, even when I’m not having a huge crisis. You’re a good kid, and your mom loves you!

Palikia is home now.
And after the number of tests she went through, it seems her second fall was brought about by a combination of factors, mostly along the lines of bad day/ dehydrated/ hot outdoor weather/ painkillers/ just one of those things.
I think folks at the hospital were starting to become frustrated by how damn healthy she is…
