We went to the Vasa Museum today, and it’s very cool: it’s an old Royal battleship that sank in 1628 right in Stockholm harbour, and was found and raised in 1961. It’s a definite must-see if you’re ever in Stockholm.

- I have taken over the flat from the dog, who is now staying with her parents.
- She had never seen This is Spinal Tap before tonight.
- There is no sun here. It’s only a rumour.
- Titanic is not a good DVD to watch before going on a boat.
- Together, our hair is nearly long enough to reach from Stockholm to Washington.
- Her father speaks slightly more English than I do Swedish.
- She doesn’t like to have her glasses on in photographs.
- The ä key is where the ’ is supposed to be on the keyboard.
- Gasoline, which costs about $1.50/gallon in the US, costs SEK10 for a liter, which is equal to (about) $4.00. Complain not, yuppie SUV-driving-gas-guzzling scum.
- Her favourite Chinese restaurant serves salads with meals, not soup.
Oh, and Falcon, if you think this is too sweet, wait till you try the Coke here.
