Ummm…To the extent you guys are truly offended, I apologize. I’m dead serious here. (I think these complaints are somewhat tongue in cheek, but Iampunha’s comment about promising someone they’d be on page 2 is something I actually find a little bit alarming, because of the potential for actual hurt feelings by such a thread as this)
But fairness compels me to add:

You guys yourselves hijacked several other threads, most recently the “bra cup size thread”. No one complained–most of us thought it was funny. (At least, I did. And yes, I hijacked that same thread.) That hijacking was considerably more blatant–here, I and others are hijacking a thread based on flirting by…flirting.

I suspect that my hijacking, as well as some of the others (notably Myrr 21 and the women that responded to our posts) caused this thread to get:
–more views
–more responses
–bumped up to the top of MPSIMS MANY more times than if it had been just the two of you posting
I really suspect that what we did was get this thread far, far more attention than if it were never hijacked. What we did probably INCREASED interest in the thread, you ingrates! <—(tongue in cheek)
In all honesty, if I started a thread like this, I’d WELCOME it being hijacked and having lots of people comment on it, unless I got seriously flamed in the process (and everything I said to that effect was firmly was tongue in cheek). Most people I know who start theradI don’t start a lot of threads (I only do so on behalf of the friends I have here), but I know that people who like starting threads are often REALLY pleased when the thread gets a ton of responses and posts.
I don’t get it. I really don’t. I guess I’m missing something here. Can someone tell me what it is?
