Donno, not much to go on at the moment. Without more info, it’s a he said she said type of deal. I know our troops aren’t too popular at the moment, but we need to give them the benefit of the doubt.
Unfortunately, according to the article, the “official investigation” that took place back in January at the time of the complaint was closed in favour of the soliders… without interviewing the complainants. :smack:
Even if these allegations are proven false, the alleged sloppiness of the investigation is still going to look bad because it will seem as if complaints are not getting properly or fairly addressed.
sigh
So yeah, it’s going to be a “he said, she said” kinda thing, but that’s still going to look dodgy.
Overall though, this is just going to be one more pine cone thrown on an already raging fire. I’m sure more allegations (whether true or false) or going to keep coming out of the wood work for awhile.
Is it real? I dunno either. Not enough info either way.
