More Database Errors?

I’ve had two databases errors in the past hour and a half: Once when clicking on User CP and later when doing a earch. Is something going down with the Board again? I think I may have had another one a few days ago. These are the first ones in a long time. They ironed themselves out when I refreshed the page.
