Sigh. I asked this a half dozen or so times in the last thread, which carol consistently ignored, but I’ll try again - WHY??! Let’s assume, for the sake of argument, that aliens took the cows away and “did what they had to”. WHY would then then bring them back and leave them in the field where they found them? If they were in space, why not just dump the bodies in orbit where there would be no evidence? And what makes aliens somehow immune from leaving tracks? It’s the same old fallacy - “I don’t understand it; therefore it’s aliens”.

Guess what folks… you are in luck because I am a “Self Described Cattle Mutilation Expert.” I’ve looked at this thoroughly and I can give my (self described) expert opinion and I say it was due to natural causes.
I’m tempted to pay for the custom title of “Cattle Mute Expert” and I think I can officially trump any of the sources Carol has given.

Havent any of you brightest of the bright noticed something odd? The word scavenger and predator are thrown out without ever naming either one.Why if you believe its a bear then say bear? Why if you believe its a coyote just say coyote? They dont do that do they,that should be a big sound your trumptet wake up call.They dont name the predator or scavenger on purpose,those predators and scavengers leave telltale signs that are unmistakeable.You really really are missing out on this adventure you know.
Hmmm… without spending the energy to actually look it up, I believe one of our own resident experts (not even self described) detailed how buzzards would cause the exact same mutes.
Says the person who is always saying scavengers couldn’t be doing this, but can’t explain what is doing it. Why does the other side have to be specific when you’re not holding yourself to that standard? And if nobody saw the scavenging happen and there are many types of scavengers in the area, I don’t know if it’s that easy to say which one did it. And these animals don’t travel alone.
I’ll stick to facts and rationality.

Well isnt this something,so its buzzards now is it? Buzzards my foot.If theres a way to kick all of you into gear I dont know what it is. The ranchers have been called morons here and not one of you came to their defense. These men may not know Shakeabeer from Mickey Mouse but they know cattle. Their livelyhoods depend on their knowing them.If a rancher goes thru the bother of calling in the law and/or the ranch vet you can bet your last dollar that its because he cant tell why in the world this animal died or what caused the strange mutilations,and no dont ask me again what I think,its apparent Im being used as sport here and Im not interested in being used this way.

I should clear up the whole cattle mutilation thing: It is due to natural causes such as predation. Please note my title, and treat my opinion as gospel.
