More weird stuff I found in my mailbox

Three years ago a weird list appeared in my mailbox. Three days ago more weirdness, apparently from the same person, showed up in my mailbox. (Read about the original list here [thread]559792[/thread].)

Unfortunately, the author’s handwriting has gotten worse over the years. Also, the latest message takes up both sides of five pages.

On a,perhaps, positive note, I’ve been blessed (cursed?) with receiving the original rather than a Xerox copy. Also, this time the paper was folded and sealed in an unmarked business-size envelope.

More to come but I have to go do something right now.

Need to go to work soon, but here’s some more info.

The word “zephyr” from the original list appears a couple of times - the second time it’s followed by “tundra” which I at first thought was from the previous list, but isn’t.

The handwriting is so illegible at times that quoting more than bits and pieces would be impractical.

I wish I could post all of it online, but the names of a couple of locally prominent people are mentioned and I want to respect their privacy.

Ominously, what appears to be the word “weekly” is near the top of the first page.

Maybe your mailbox was the drop-point for spy-ring communications and the previous owner forgot to get the word out when they sold.

Excepting the “spy ring” part, I suspect you’re not too far off the mark.

These communications may be the epitome of mundane and pointless. I still find them fascinating, but feel wrong about making a public spectacle out of some, perhaps, senile person’s scribblings.

If the mods feel this thread should be locked - fine by me.
