Honestly Mangetout, the firts rule of the game is that you don’t talk about the game.
Did the great Rushton teach you nothing?

Isn’t it about time we had an umpire? Mangetout just enabled mirrored diagonals, I’m pretty sure that’s incompatible with the bi-laterals in the OP (or are we back to normal now we’re on round two?)
Since Mangetout has let it out that it’s a game (isn’t that obvious anyway/)
No need for the spoiler box Ghengis Bob. The tube system is the basis of the playing field (as it were). This can be expanded to include the Docklands Light Railway, and under some rules parts of the overland rail system. Trains as such only figure in as much that for some moves the timetable is a factor.
Excellent. Do we get a move or does Linkern’s Time-Out For Move Failure be brought into effect?
Not as long as the proposals encompassed by Grubb’s twist (1998) are observed - I’m pretty sure this is accepted as canon now.
So as not to invoke Linkern…
Alexandra Palace
There’s no way I’ll get away with this, but…
Edgware Road.
Has anyone read the accounts of the epic game of '34? There’s a wonderful deconstruction of the winning 184-move Shluman attack… if I can find a link, I’ll post it.
Here’s a little something I picked up from watching Dr Gardens moves over the years…
Northwick Park
And, on preview… {chuckle} No, Mangetout, no way will we let that stand!
Whoo boy! Iceland catch you off balance? Don’t wait so long next time. Ref! Ref!
For Ghengis Bob’s sake would people like to explain some of their moves? (the simpler ones)
Oh, yes, that’s a classic. On a good day I can see maybe 10-15 moves ahead, but that Shluman was a master. The vision that took from North Wembley, round the Central Line northen loop, tranferring south of the river avoiding the Greenwich tunnel paradox and then back up to MC in 184 pre-planned stages just has to be seen to be believed. I’d love to see the analysis link.
Oh, and I think I can do a Hertzdigger bump to take us to Heathrow Terminal 4.
Careful now . . .
Dammit! Cornered!
Kensal Green, since it’s the only move possible from a Willikins obverse cluster.
Cross-hatched interchanges, allowing for closing at weekends, leads me to St Pauls.
Ah ah - the cathedral circuit.
Westminster.
Cutty Sark
Burnt Oak… I think. If I have miscalculated, please ignore me… I have always had trouble dividing by 7 in my head. And it IS nearly time to go home.
In which case we must go South again.
Balham please.
Typical . . .
No-one wants to go South of the River.
Well, guv, I was just on me way home… but I can offer you a mildly tricky Kennington to speed you on your way.
If District Line is wild then Turnham Green seems to be the only way to avoid the Spielmann gambit.
I’ll mosey on over to Angel and declare Broken Escalator!
