Please do not spoil the ending. The whole series has aired, but I haven’t watched the last episode yet.
It’s only 6 episodes, and I’ve seen the first 5. It’s very much in the tradition (if it can be called that ) of The Night Of. A murder mystery with a limited lifespan that one assumes will be resolved in the last episode. I’m pretty sure that:
Joel was set up by the evil cabal of wealthy landowners, and he wasn’t the one who killed Olivia.
Not a spoiler, per se, as it’s my conjecture just based on having seen a few of these types of shows. But maybe the writers are going to surprise me! Anyway, I’m enjoying it.
Also watching the FX show about the murder of Versace. By the same crew (I believe) that did the OJ Trial thing last year. It’s more about the murderer than about Versace, and Penelope Cruz plays Donatella. Good acting all around. Not quite as polished as Mosaic, but we’re talking FX vs HBO.
