Ladies and gentlemen, I present N, the very addictive flash platformer. I discovered it in college, and have played it to date.
You can download a standalone version from here, and it records which level you’re up to. Each column you beat, you get a different colour guy. I’ve only got two colours to date!

Well, I remember a flash 18-hole minigolf game that snared my entire department a few years ago. Can’t remember where it was or if it’s online still, but yes, I’d say it got pretty addictive.
I could never get good enough at N to get addicted; I have to marvel at it as a technical achievement, but it’s just too damn hard, too damn quickly to get me hooked (perhaps that says more about me as a gameplayer than it does about the game).
There are some rather fun flash games at www.teagames.com - admittedly a whole load of them are just different ways to dress up the BMX Backflips concept and engine. The last level of BMX Ghost took me ages to complete.
