I know it’s been around a while and a search reveals it has been mentioned in past threads, but I only just discovered this online game.
Boomshine.
It’s such an innocent, beautiful game, it almost makes me weep with joy. Almost.
Reminds me of this Sony Bravia advertisement.
BTW, my playing strategy for level 12:Look where the slow balls are headed, wait for a large area of unpopulated space in that direction and click there - it might seem counter-intuitive to click anywhere but the densest area, but the thing with the dense spots is that the balls are all just about to leave that area
I can’t decide if this game relaxes me or makes me tense. It’s both fun and frustrating to play, having ot wait until just the right time to click.
I find the music quite appealing too - even though it’s quite repetitive, it has a sort of Blue Man Group feel to it (or that could just be me - I like BMG).

I love this game. Of course, last time it was mentioned on here, I got addicted, played it over and over, and was decent at it. This was on my wife’s desktop. Now, on my laptop, I keep accidentally clicking because the touch-pad is sensitive…
I’m so angry at this game because of that. But that’s ok, I have forever to play it…

Well, there goes the rest of the day…
Curse you, Mangetout.
Curse also whoever invented Flash games. My life has a completely different focus now.
Oh well, at least it’s worlds better than Minesweeper …
lousy level 12 … grumble grumble …
I cleared the first level twice, once when I wasn’t trying, once when I was.
I cleared the last level once (not trying).
I decided to quit while I was ahead and rest on my laurels.
Sounds about average, in fact I can’t seem to score more or less than 260-270 ish
The high score on their site is 900+ - must be bonuses per level for clearing all balls or something.
Last time this was discussed on here, they said there was a rather large point bonus for the clearing thing, and it is called a boomshine, hence the name. Also, I believe something cool happens. I could be wrong, as I have never done it (yet!).

Very fun! I got level 12 on the sixth try of my first game. I conclude that a: I have fabulous beginner’s luck, or b: that statistic on the bottom of the opening screen is of dubious methodology. It definitely seems addictive though!
So far my major accomplishment is getting 3/55 on level 12. That’s not easy…or the point of the game.
Um…I have no idea how to play, but I got 3/3 first time out. And then I failed.
I suppose I ought to read the directions first.
I like the music and the graphics. There goes my evening.
The directions don’t lead you anywhere (there are none).
I got to level 12 and won! I got a whopping 239, but what the hell…
This is a new addiction…
I got 567 for a score - pretty cool. But that lovely music has lulled me into wanting a napzzzzzzzz
I’ve won level 12 twice now, but with low scores. Enough! I need to go do something…(else).
Bah! I haven’t gotten any higher than 270 or so. I’ve won level 12 numerous times now but I just can’t seem to get the scores.
Argh! This game is entirely too addictive for my own good.
