Most Prolific Account Creator?

In the annals of the Internet who has been the most prolific in creating accounts on an Internet website? I betting it’s someone on Wikipedia or 4Chan.

How would anyone possibly know this?

Spambots could probably outdo any human.

By “an internet website” are you meaning something as discreet as a forum about corvettes? Are you looking for a poster who has been banned from the site, then come back as a “sock?”

If so, then our recent discussions about David Mabus( Dennis Markuze) might hold the honor. Nostradamus never predicted his abilities.

I’d be interested in the answer. But Spambots and lack of a way to find the answer screw it all up.

The OP obviously has never been on Manhunt or Adam4Adam on a Saturday night

Way back in the annals of history, we had a serial sock-puppet who created several a day. Once, it made 26 consecutive screen names, starting with each letter of the alphabet. Then, of course, when all those were banned, it complained in another account that “all those people” got banned for no good reason, just because “they” were socks. I’m not sure how many accounts it created altogether, but it must have been at least hundreds.

I think the OP is asking about multiple accounts at the same site. While I’m sure you could program a spambot to do that, they usually only make one each at many different sites.

How many sockpuppets did Mabus create?

Is it supposed to be homosexual pornography or what?

Was that guy a spambot or a troll?

Curtis LeMay—to this casual observer, you seem pointedly interested in warnings, bannings, sock puppets and trolls and overall, you just seem to have an all-around preoccupation with those who like to fuck with various message boards/websites for fun.

What’s the facination?

He’s a teen; they’re like that.

Arthur T. Murray has got to be in the running. According to his own website, he used to keep track of all the Internet websites, blogs, forums, etc. he got banned from, but had to stop due to the sheer number.

I’ll guess it was around 30. Annoying, but not any kind of record. And I agree with MPB in Salt Lake: you need to find a new hobby.

How about Da Chronic, creator of AOHell?

If you consider his user base to be agents of his desire, Chronic created a lot of accounts.

Human. I only use “it” because of course, there’s no way of knowing its gender. Ordinarily one doesn’t use “it” for a human even of unknown gender, out of respect, but I have no particular respect for trolls.
