Movie about predicting crime that's *NOT* "Minority Report"

A colleague thinks she remembers a movie trailer about a dystopian society that locks people up who are genetically disposed to commit crimes as a law enforcement policy. I asked her if it was MINORITY REPORT (which doesn’t deal with DNA but rather precognition) and she thinks it was something else.

She also said it would’ve been in the last 10 years or so, which would rule out GATTACA, which doesn’t have a LE angle but does deal with a society that bases public policy and human rights on genetic makeup.

Any thoughts on what this might’ve been? Perhaps a TV movie or something a bit more obscure–she thinks it was mainstream Hollywood but any ideas are welcome!

I doubt it’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier – but that one (a) was fairly recent, and (b) did involve an algorithm that evaluates medical histories along with bank records and SAT scores and so on, to predict which people are a threat and zero in on them with help from a law-enforcement agency’s DNA scanners. (The trailer has Nick Fury saying “We’re gonna neutralize a lot of threats before they even happen,” prompting our hero’s “I thought the punishment usually came after the crime.”)
