Movie Game IV (son of a son of a...)

Westworld

Goodbye, Columbus

I did a seach on “Movie Game” in Cafe Society for any date and older with more than 500 replies. This yields just these Movie Game threads. Then I looked at the post counts for each by clicking on “replies” which shows how many posts everyone has to each thread.

Other notables (I’m not doing everyone):

Silenus has 294 posts in this thread, followed by Marque Elf with 179 (and 188 total).
Maureen had 359 posts in the first game (where has she gotten to?), and has totalled 627 posts.
Gfactor, you had 265 in the first thread, and a total of 625 posts so far, soon to challege Mo for second place in the Hall of Shame.
CBawlmer had 165 posts in the first game, but has been quiet ever since.
Nightwatch Trailer, who started this whole thing, had an even 100 posts in the first thread, then 55 in the second, but has not posted in the subsequent rounds.
My secret lover[sup]tm[/sup], Twickster, has 591 posts across all four threads thus far.
Others with over 100 posts in a single thread include Aesiron, IndyEllen, Marque Elf, Silenus, Honeydewgrrl, Superdude and BigDummy.

Other notable multithread players include: Roger Thornhill, SternVogel, SuperVenusFreak, Bordelond and Desperate Welfie.

Maureen, Twickster, Gfactor, IndyEllen, Silenus and me are the only ones with over 200 posts across all of these threads.

I’m sure I’ve missed someone; please don’t be offended; this is not scientific.

Yul Brenner

Wow. You’re smart. I had no idea that was possible.

::scampers off to try it himself::

The Magnificent Seven

Horst Buchholz

(I’ve been waiting since the first game to use him)

Fanny

Sorry **Twickster **couldn’t be here to see you do it.

Maurice Chevalier…I can’t think of him without remembering the scene from Monkey Business where Harpo tries to convince immigration that he is Chevalier by lip-synching to a record playing on a phonograph that he has hidden under his coat.

The Aristocats

Phil Harris

The Jungle Book

George Sanders

Samson and Delilah - 1949

104 in this thread to be exact, counting this one. And considering that I only have 219 total, that’s pretty impressive. Or pathetic, depending how you look at it. And pretty soon, this one thread will probably account for more than 50% of my total. Heh.

Of course for that second one I meant

For future searches, the correct name of that actor noted for playing a king of Siam is Yul Brynner.

Good catch.
