Movie Game, Mk 3

And I therefore follow the appropriate tribute:

Anne Bancroft :frowning:

Mel Brooks’ Silent Movie

Well, that’s a gimme!

Mel Brooks, of course.

LOL. Let’s go with Young Frankenstein.

Breaks into “Sweet Mystery Of Life”…

Peter Boyle

Taxi Driver

Sybil Fawlty, um, I mean, the ever-doable Cybill Sheppard (sp.?)

Always far too interested in checking out her bod to bother about her spelling.

That’s ok, Roger, we’ll forgive you.

Last Picture Show

He’s been spending too much time talking about Japanese porn over in the Pit.

Eileen Brennan

So, Mo, how’s you doing?

Sorry. I’m like a dog on heat at the moment. A combination of my manic phase and those drugs I’m trialling.

Never heard of this bint.

Well, I certainly do have a greater understanding of your and Shibb’s movie collections.

(an increase in libido? Interesting meds…)

Private Benjamin

Doesn’t viagra qualify as a med?

I’m a bit like Robert Downey re drugs. Hate taking the things, and have taken very few for only short periods om my life. Downey actually said in a recent interview that he didn’t believe in bipolar depression. I know exactly what he means. Not trashing on other people’s beliefs, just saying that the human mind is THE most complex thing in the world and irreducible to these dratted 'A’s and 'D’s and 'H’s and ‘polars’ and ‘manics’. IM-and RDJr-HO, of course.

End of hijack!

Oh, and I was joshing about the Viagra. Never taken it!!!

Goldie Hawn

Spoken like a manic-depressive in a manic phase. (My mom was bipolar – and no, those ain’t normal changes in mood.)

Hm, a second chance to hit The Sting in about two pages, and no one’s going there.

Mary Kay Place

Oops – sorry.

Who won an Oscar for Cactus Flower.

Which co-starred another great talent:

Walter Matthau

What a great actor.

Hopscotch

Sam Waterston

For future reference, roger admires Cybill Shepherd’s body … of work, I assume.
