Well crap. I just took your first two posts (after the OP) as gospel. I assumed you meant that his movies would do well because he had hosted and starred with a lot of other hosts.

Nah … those posts were stream-of-conciousness posts. I was researching in another window and thinking out loud while I was composing my posts here. I had originally assumed that both Guest and Eugene Levy had hosted – and was surprised to learn that they had not.
I went over that cast with a fine-toothed comb to find number 10 … but no dice. Good find, though!
There are a slew of possible future SNL hosts in the cast besides Farell and Morgan, not the least of which is Kevin Smith himself.
