Right now I’m thinking of the Garfield movies, Shrek 2 and 3, the Aristocats, Lady and the Tramp…I’m kind of conflicted on including movies that feature lions and tigers and such, because then we have to include The Wizard of Oz, The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe and The Lion King and so forth. Tough call.

It originated as a joke in the Pit, but it got me thinking, because I was trying to come up with something that seemed totally invalid, but then I realized that there are actually multiple movies that feature nonreal cats. That’s why this was started, and not, for example, a thread about movies that don’t feature cats but have real cats in them. I mean, I could just ask for movies that feature cats, real or nonreal, but that’s way too general. This is a bit more challenging.
Also, I think it’s a bit harsh to judge me based on one somewhat whimsical thread. I have been here almost as long as you.
I don’t see how this is anything other than a “Name animated movies in which one or more characters is an animated cat” Thread.

I’d be sorry that I didn’t title the thread “Name animated movies in which one or more characters is an animated cat,” except I already named the Garfield movies, which are live action mixed with a CG cat, and it would be redundant anyway to ask for “animated movies” with “an animated cat.”
