Adam’s Rib is probably my best bet. How can you go wrong with Tracy and Hepburn?
Needless to say, searching on ‘Adam’ brings up a ton of crap. Literally, most of it is pure crap.

Only 14 results with my first name. The only one I’ve seen is the most famous of them at this time, Erin Brockovich. I felt obligated to since the name “Erin” is quite rare in the entertainment industry, when it comes to characters. I thought it was so-so, because I’m not that fond of Julia Roberts.
Well I’ll be!! Whaddaya know? 12 movies with ‘Becky’ and 8 with ‘Rebecca’. The interesting thing is that the ‘Becky’ movies are all either before 1934 (7) or after 1994.
The documentary “Monkeys Like Becky” sounds pretty wierd… wait, it’s not Monkeys who * like * Becky, it’s about monkeys similar to Becky.
oh…
Real first name–One movie (1968, Quebec, B&W–never seen it) and a TV series (2004, France–certainly never seen it). Though the main actress in the series is playing herself, so she shares my name. Along with about two dozen other francophone actresses.
Quite a few Jayne’s though, a Jaynee and a Jayni. But no Jayn’s–I’m one of a kind
Wild horses couldn’t get me to watch Captain Ron
Logan’s Run. I’ve only seen parts of it (yes, I’m sort of ashamed to admit that), so I couldn’t say for sure whether I like it or not. It did seem pretty strange though!
First name has no matches and no one with my name is in any way associated with media. As far as I know, there are only 3 of us in America and the other two are men
My middle name has many many matches. I’ve never seen any of them because they’re either really religious or concerts. For actors, my middle name pops up a lot, Desperately Seeking Susan, A League of their Own, Evita…
My last name has 3 matches, one is an actors nickname. Two are actually actors names.
Congodwarf has no matches
Of the 13 matches for my name, 7 of them are for TV movies about either dead people or celebs. Of the remaining 6 two of them three of them were made between 1911 and 1929, none of which has even 5 votes so they look impossible to track down, one which also doesn’t have 5 votes was made in 1969 (and is either about a man or a lesbian based on the title) and the only two made since I was born were TV movies that I missed and will never get the chance to see.
Now, if you asked me about the song with my name in it…
Thanks to the pleasantly international flavor of IMDB, my name came up with 11 movies and 2 TV series; I’ve never seen any of 'em, even though one is “the ultimate sentimental cloak and dagger story” and another “a breathtaking spectacle.” I might be missing out on something. Take a peek at some of the women who’ve played me–or is that moi? Speaking of which, my username gives up 600-plus movie titles. Whoot!
My husband has a movie (1965) and a remake (1997) based on his username; there’s also a movie with his real name where the lead is played by Ernest Borgnine.
Real name: 69 results. When Harry Met Sally is a pretty good flick.
Screen name: 83 results. Mona Lisa Smile sucked baaaaad. I really like the remake of David and Lisa, though. I really want to see Mona Lisa.
Considering how much I was teased at school (new kid and all), I was really thrilled when Carrie came out (even though my name isn’t spelt that way.)
I found eight movies with my name in the title. They all look woeful. I’m going to take this as a personal insult against my name.
I concur! “Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back!” is a close 2nd.
I like the title of this one, but not its subject matter.
“Monty Python’s Life of Brian”
Kind of sums it all up.
It’s theme song is so autobiagraphical too.
Real name is Michael.
I couldn’t handle seeing John Travolta play the angel I was named after.
BMalion: also Brian’s song
Ahem. Erik the Viking.
Remember the Japanese Slave Master?
*I resent your lack of subtlety and your joined-together writing! Your large-breasted women don’t turn me on and they keep their fish warm! *
My movie has a potential Best Actor nomination this year.
Well, I didn’t expect much, but I was surprised to find that there have been three (3!) TV productions of a play which contains parts of my both dopername and real name, all presumably based on the same play. One of them even has Laurence Olivier in it (and his name helped my name get some hits, too).
I’d never seen any of the titles on either list.
Based on that, I suppose it is not too difficult to figure out my real name. Ah well.
Cheers,
Daphne
