He revived it to point out that the guy’s prediction (which he claimed came from God) that Trump would win the presidency didn’t come to pass.
When you make a smug prediction and it turns out to be wrong, it’s perfectly acceptable for someone to point that out.

I’d give ANYone a free pass to make fun of someone, left or right, who made absurdly specific predictions that didn’t come to pass. Especially absurd ones (dirt on Obama to throw the election to trump? Really?)
