You’re right. You’re absolutely right. I’m tired and my back hurts, from helping him get in and out of his wheelchair. He’s tired and his back hurts, from getting in and out of his wheelchair (and potty chair, and shower bench, etc.) He’s frustrated at being semi-paralyzed, at being “stuck” in his own home, and sometimes, just at life in general. He’s on six different prescriptions - this, for a guy I could barely get to take a damn multivitamin before. I get frustrated at him being so frustrated, he gets tired of me being so tired, and on and on and on. We’re both grateful that he’s alive, home, and getting better, truly, but it’s definitely not all roses and sunshine and unicorns farting rainbows.
Well, the weekend is here, so that’ll help. Thanks, sponges! 
<Sponge> Take a hot bath, after he goes to sleep. Put about a cupful of Epson Salts (Magnesium Sulfate) into the water as it fills. If you don’t have Epson Salts, get some. It’s cheapand really helps.
