Nope, season 4 isn’t out on DVD. I doubt they intend to release it-- the other seasons were released far earlier.
I just finished watching the last episode On Demand. The last line of the series is blatantly inappropriate. Futurama is one of the few series to do its last episode right.

They’ve recorded the commentary tracks for Season 4, and from what I’ve heard, sales were very good on the first two sets, so I think we may get it.

I’ve got the first two sets, and I have to say I am a little dissapointed with the commentary. I wish they gave more behind the scenes information instead of just riffing off of what they’re watching and doing commentary in character. It seems like David is the only one who comes prepared to discuss the nuts and bolts of the show, but he gets overrun by the others. Although, maybe I’ve just had too many of Mr. Graham’s crackers.
I can also recommend the book Mr. Show: What Happened?. Great history about how the show came to be, and behind the scenes info for each episode. It’s literarily a miriacle!
