For anybody who watched WWF in the 80’s, ‘Miss Elizabeth’ was found dead this morning in her boyfrriend’s apartment.
Early indications point toward an OD.
She had something to do with Macho Man Randy Savage, no?

The boyfriend in question is none other than former WWF/WCW “superstar” Lex Luger, if anyone cares.
Luger was questioned by police but was released and is not a suspect, despite police responding to a domestic disturbance call at his home Sunday.
Sad day in the wrestling world.
She was his “manager” and real-life wife. They split years ago I think, and she was found at another wrestler’s apartment (“Lex Lugar”), so I guess she was shacked up with him now.

Holy shit. Several people were telling me a few months ago that “some wrestler” died but since no one could name him I figured he was just an unknown. The perfectplex will always bring a smile to my face, having been on the wrong end of it several times by some rabid wrestling fans.
Here’s an update…
Lex Luger (real name Larry Pfohl) has been arrested on drug charges. He is not being held in connection with Ms. Elizabeth’s death.
In related news, apparently the police were called to Pfohl’s condo on Easter Sunday on a domestic abuse charge. Ms. Elizabeth (real name Elizabeth Heulette) had a black eye but attributed it to a fall.

Curt Hennig was “Mr. Perfect”. His heel perfect gimmick was always one of my favorites. He actually had a really great series of battles with Lex Luger in the WWF. I can’t remember if Ms. Elizabeth was ever part of that fued.
I grew up watching professional wrestling. It’s so sad to see this happening over and over and over again. Damn.
I remember reading way back when that the guy who played the Ultimate Warrior died, is that right? Nobody ever worked that out when I was of an age to be into wrestling, maybe somebody here would know.
I don’t remember the Ultimate Warrier dying. I hope its not true. The WCW had a Warrior copy called “The Renegade” who commited suicide years ago.
I was a great fan of Ravishing Rick Rude, who used to kiss the ladies in the audience. I believe he died from drug use…
Yokozuna was found dead, not that long ago, in an apartment in Paris, if I remember correctly. Flyin’ Brian Pillman died under suspicious circumstances.
