MS Flight Sim 2002.. can't set VOR frequency.

Hi all,

How the heck do you set the VOR frequency in Flight Simulator 2002?

I have been checking the online manual, and went throught the training and came up with bupkis.

I have tried it in a couple of Cesnas and the Mooney, but nothing I click or button I push gives any ability to set the VOR freq.
