MS Word Question: track changes not really tracking

Aargh! I just spent all morning working on this albeit small agreement, some odd 45 pages. My changes were in blue, theirs were in green. Fine enough. Then, I go and save, and now all of the changes are in green. I place my cursor over it and instead of my company’s name, it says “Author inserted.” I’ve been fulling around with the Options under tools, and nothing happens. It’s just with this document, too. What gives? Any help is greatly appreciated.

A suggestion:

Go to the “Tools” menu, and click on “Options.” Click on the “User Information” tab and make sure it is correct for you.

If this doesn’t work, click on the “Track Changes” tab and review the settings there.
