I’m having an awful time trying to print things off of MSN Explorer. The problem seems to be that when I try to print it gives me a blank page, with a filename of:
file://c:\windows\TEMP riXXXXX.htm
btw , the XXXXX part is different every time. I tried calling MSN, but they basically told me they’ve never been asked this question, they don’t know what to tell me, and I’m s**t outta luck.
I’m stuck for another year on a 3-year contract, so I can’t just switch ISPs, but this is really irritating. Printing off of Netscape or MSWorks is okay though.
Can anyone tell me how to solve this, or at least steer me in a good direction to someone who can?
