If there were no SDMB, what would you spend your time doing, instead?
I don’t mean general free time, I mean the time you normally spending browsing / posting on SDMB…
For me, I would probably be:
Luckily, the SDMB keeps me away from most of these things, usually!

I’d be reading, or doing crafts.
Both of which I do anyway, but I would be doing a whole lot more of them if not for the SDMB.
I SHOULD say doing housework, but since I avoid it like the plague, I probably wouldn’t and I don’t want to prevaricate. 
Either play more computer games, do more work (I really doubt that), or dump a pillow on my desk and get more sleep.
I wouldn’t be married, if it weren’t for the SDMB.
Really, Ginger? Maybe this thread should be titled “Why I am thankful for the SDMB” !

I haven’t read any of there posts, so I’m going on their usernames entirely:

Wow that’s a lot of people! I never knew the SDMB brought so many together. It really is like a big community.
I don’t think I would be on-line as much as I am. Probably only use the Internet like a big encyclopaedia-cum-research centre, and that’s it. Maybe a few emails (my list of RL friends who are also on-line is small).
If the SDMB hadn’t ever existed, I wouldn’t have had so many tears, some heartache, some rages against injustice. But, nor would I have had so much fun.
I’d probably be doing something that I should be doing, like cleaning or exercising or bringing about world peace. But the boards are so much more fun.
