Who is Kermit and Ms. Piggy? You mean Elmo, and only Elmo, don’t you? What kid today knows who the Muppets are? By the way, this Muppet of Oz or whatever show you mention was soooo well publisized. :rolleyes:
Today, the Muppets are alive somewhere in hibernation, I guess. Along these same lines, I’ve heard grumblings from today’s parents how even Sesame Street has gone pop - looking for the quick buck instead of clinging to its founding values. Although there is a “letter of the day”, I hear they don’t even bother to run through the whole alphabet anymore. It takes too much time away from the money-making parts of the show, starting with Elmo’s World.
