Awhile ago I read this article about this woman (physician I think) known as Dr. Pain or something like that. Can’t remember it very well but I think she lives in the midwest somewhere. She is an expert on muscle pain and knows all about it’s causes and the like. Due to a bet made yesterday which I will not go into I need to find out what types of specific exercises or techniques will cause maximal muscle soreness. I am not talking about real injury but just the type of soreness that comes with overusing a muscle.
