I’m not sure, but I thought I heard “rugrats” somewhere in there. Perhaps it a song from the Rugrats Movie or something?

Weird. US Yahoo Answers claims “The Gixxer Polka” by Hank the Crank and his Yanks.

Both bands sound pretty familiar–I could swear I’ve heard Hank the Crank on the radio before.
