I don’t think when I dance, the music does all of the work… Though, I do feel a hell of a lot better when no one is around.

For maximum rapture, you need to be singing, playing air guitar/bass/keyboards/etc., and dancing around like a goofball all at the same time.
But I don’t ever do this when there’s witnesses around. 
Oh, the antics are a given. But you should share! If someone is bothered it’s simply because they’re jealous of your freedom. So dance!
I checked the First, and yep, it includes dancing.
