I think what your looking for is “Photograph” by the kinks. (You won’t easily confuse the kinks with the cure!)

I thought that didn’t seem right. Nowhere near depressing enough to be Robert Smith’s vocals. That site has been pretty good in the past though, so I just shrugged my shoulders and went on my merry way of enjoying my foot sandwich. Thanks for the correction.
