I guess I should add that my BIL and BIL just made it official last weekend.
My wife, FIL and MIL were able to fly out. My other BIL and SIL had to cancel out due to hurricane though. I stayed home with the kids having just returned from Florida.
No you don’t. We could very well be in frumpy shorts and t-shirts (which is what we usually wear) and rushing through everything on a lunch break. We had our commitment ceremony last spring, in Zion Nat’l Park, and this will merely be socially progressive paperwork. There are pictures of the ceremony, but I kinda hate them all as I’m not particularly photogenic.
