Have a beer on me, Dude. My wife brought home a goddamn dog that I have unfortunately become rather fond of and every time I pick her up, I realize I need to one day put her down (so to speak).
I guess I need to enjoy the here and now. And have another beer.
Onionizer, I know a dog named Sadie Mae, and when I saw your OP I thought you could be her owner, who unbeknownst to me was a fellow Doper. Then I saw your pics and realized it wasn’t the same dog
I am so sorry for your loss, that’s a long time to have a dog. It really hurts that a loving dog does not have a life that matches with ours. I’ll give my Nathan extra scritches for her.
