My boobs are sagging.

I’ve been having bra issues lately. I’ve purchaced 4 that don’t seem to fit well at all, even though I’ve been measured and I know they are the right size. When my boobs started falling out from beneath the underwires, it became very clear that my problem is saggy boobs.

Is there a way I can perk them up a bit ?

Duct tape?

No, seriously, I’m guessing what you need is a bra with not only underwires but also a snug band underneath them, like what they used to call an abbreviated “long-line” bra.

Isn’t there an “Ask the bra-fitting professional!” thread around here somewhere?

Just because I’m the nice guy that I am, I’ll offer to hold them up for you. Forever.
[sub]Oww Owwoww Stop hitting me! That hurts![/sub]

I’ll need high-res pictures to fully evaluate the situation.

Need a hand? Or two?

If you’re coming out from underneath the underwire it sounds like the band size is too big. For example, if you’re wearing a 36C and slipping out, try on some 34’s and see if that fits better.

Try strengthening your pec muscles. Do push ups and get some small dumbells. Should help a bit.

Question: What did one sagging breast say to the other?

Answer: If we don’t get some support soon, someone will think we’re nuts!!!

Do some butterfly presses; get a couple of 2lb weights, hold your arms up where your elbows are even with your shoulders, forearms up, squeeze arms forward and pull back.

Or try the tighter set of hooks.

It could just be those bras, though. I have one bra that maybe pushes in too much, and the ladies tend to slip in and under the underwire, particularly if they’re a little sweaty.

A couple of the ‘helpful’ posters here should do nicely.

You could try taking them to see a movie, or perhaps buy them a nice bunch of flowers.

The French swear by cold showers - something to do with tightening the skin or something.

Extreme case scenerio: surgery

Other than that, exercize, cold showers (French women do that for a perk up), get a hand bra (this should be someone you love, lol)… I have heard that some women wear bras to bed but it could be a rumor. That would be terribly uncomfy, methinks, but worth a try.

I wear a bra to bed. I wonder if it’s working. Maybe it will just make them sag less. Spraying some cold water on them makes them perky til they warm up. But I have heard that soaking in hot water makes your skin saggier in general so try to keep the boobings above sea level when you take a hot bath I guess!

The thread title immediately above this one was “How can we REGAIN the optimism of the 1950s?”

I couldn’t help thinking, "Yeah, they had some serious bras back then.

I do personal sessions all the time on this kind of thing… perhaps we should exchange phone numbers… .)

Learning to age gracefully ain’t easy, I guess.

That was very funny, chef.

After I gained a lot of weight, I started wearing bras all the time. I still only take them off for showers and back rubs. You get used to it really fast, if you have the right kind of bra.

Get winter bras, with at least a quarter inch of foam, with soft straps and broad bands. Those frill little bits of polyester and lace really are worse than nothing.

Raise your hands. Now hold them there. Forever.

Or maybe not. It’s just age, a dark, evil mf coming for us all. I read somewhere that a man’s penis will be 40 percent of it’s mass at age 60 compared to age 20. Oh my.
