Sunny Daze - I just talked to my sister and they’re planning to release his body today or tomorrow for cremation. My guess is they didn’t do an autopsy, although I’d think a death at home from unknown causes would warrant one. I’d rather they did one - he has kids, and we have enough genetic crap in the family, it would be good to have a cause of death.

I’m so sorry to hear it, St Germain. My bro has had health issues and his death wouldn’t be unexpected and it would still be a blow. I can’t imagine the shock for you.

may the martyrs receive him at his arrival and lead him to the holy city Jerusalem.
May choirs of angels receive him and with Lazarus, once a poor man, may he have eternal rest.

My brother’s memorial was yesterday. A nice service, I guess. A little heavy on the maudlin country music. The funeral home has a horse-drawn glass hearse. (Not for my brother, but at the funeral home) They use it about 8 times a year, the guy said. Now I’m making plans for my funeral! I’m going to put the fun in funeral.
