My aunt has no grandaughter. My cousin has no daughter. Her 2 year old daughter has no mom.
I’m just not happy.
And that is the reason I’m so uptight about never drinking and driving. If that makes me a prig, so be it!

That’s just awful.
Two of my friends lost their only sisters that way. Dead much too young, because two different *$&%^# seemed to think that all the public service announcements, all the education about impairment, didn’t apply to them.
I am so very sorry for your loss, Alice. I know the pain you’re feeling; my best friend was killed by a drunk driver at the ripe old age of 21.
The drunk driver was her brother-in-law.
