First off, thank you all for the kind words and thoughts. Knowing that we’re not alone in dealing with this helped quite a bit. We appreciate it.
As for the proposal… we were at Macaroni Grill, compliments of Kat Lady and during dessert I popped the question.
She replied with a very teary yes, which made me feel good. She said that she thought it was coming, but the timing was great and helped make her feel quite a bit better.
She also said that if she had been thinking better, she would have hemmed and hawwed, just to mess with me.
I love my evil fiance.
