It was a little bit surreal. I go to penny arcade and start to read the page. Since I hadn’t been in a week or so I went to the archives.
In the first archive, about halfway down… he says, “Paul B is a liar!”
And I think, “Wow, that guy has the same name as my friend.”
So I click on the link provided to the review that caused the PA guys to get so mad, and I look and see… “OMG, it IS Paul!”
So I go back and read the whole article. Apparantly Paul wrote a bad review of a game the guys at PA really like. So he was responding to the article.
It was so wierd though to actually read stuff about somebody you know. (More than know, have hung out, drank beers with, etc.) I im’d him later in the day and called him a stinkin’ liar… he didn’t respond.
