The matter-of-fact resigned way that Earl went over to the fireplace and started yelling “Randy!” just cracked me up.

An article in tomorrow’s New York Times said that NBC may move this show to Thursday nights, probably at 9pm. They want to rebuild the domination they had on Thursdays from 1984-2004. (It’s an especially lucrative night because the movie studios want to advertise their new movies then.)
It was #23 in the ratings last week, and they want to move it opposite CSI? I don’t like the sound of that.

For whatever it might be worth, I’d watch “Earl” and record “CSI.”
I saw this coming.
I record everything on DVR and watch it later, so it doesn’t matter to me. I just hope they renew Earl for two extra seasons before they put it up against the #1 show.
Joy’s reaction to hearing that Ralph’s sister might be getting married was hilarious.
“If she’s getting married and didn’t ask me to be a bridesmaid, I’m gonna kick her ass.” or something like that.
Actually she said:
“I’m going to go down to the (strip club name) and wrap her head around the pole”
This show is quite the guilty pleasure.
