Well, I came home overnight, to see if my cats were still alive and such, and getting ready to head back to Phoenix. Nothing much to report, thankfully- he is sleeping 98% of the time, has lost ~5 lbs since surgery, could stand to lose it! He doesn’t seem to really be in much pain, so I’m glad for that. Incision looks good- it’s in a zigzag pattern from ear to ear- supposedly for hair-growing purposes they don’t cut it straight across. Thanks for the support, it means a lot to me, and him.

My heart ached reading the thread. So hard to face that looming unknown with one you hold precious. And the sun seems to be rising! I pray for your joy to come.
